The Passing of our good friend - Thomas (Tommy) O'Donovan

It is with sadness that the Lourdes Band has learned of the passing of a great friend Mr. Thomas (Tommy) O’Donovan of Clonakilty.

O’Donovan’s hotel has been the Lourdes Brass Bands home from home for the Band Championship’s on the first weekend of July for many years now.

Tom, Dena and the whole staff of O’Donovan’s always went above and beyond the call looking after us all. We all have very fond memories of Thomas.

May he Rest In Peace.
